Senior Enterprise Services Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Support and manage endpoint devices, this includes desktop image creations, configuration, scripting, testing and maintaining endpoint Operating Systems and applications.

• Support and manage endpoint protection and AV software like Symantec, EPP.

• Support and manage software packaging, patches and bug fixes.

• Planning patch management and software distribution services using WSUS and SCCM

• Manage SCCM infrastructure for patching, image deployment and software delivery

• Life cycle management of Windows OS and desktop applications

• Analyse, track and resolve software issues pertaining to desktop operating system and related services (Level 2 support)

• Monitor performance and ensure servers availability, reliability and involve in planning of tech refresh

• Plan and implement other project requested.


• Degree / Diploma in Information Systems / Information Science

• Good experience in Windows Technical Skills (Windows 10 Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suites, SCCM/WSUS, Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell scripting) is a must

• Experience with SecureAge encryption software, ActivClient and yubikey

• Experience with endpoint protection tools such as anti-virus, endpoint detection and response (EDR)

• Good knowledge and technical hands on experience with Windows desktops operating systems and management of SCCM/WSUS environment

• Microsoft certified is a must
