  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy
  • Develop long term visions and plan to optimized ecommerce experience
  • Responsible for ecommerce platform performance analysis and enhancement
  • Overseeing optimization of the onsite shopping experience to increase conversion rate
  • Drive ecommerce initiatives implemetation from planning, budgeting, validating, executing action plans
  • Work with agency partners and internal teams to develop and execute optimized brand content for owned E-commerce and third platforms
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and drive integration of related capabilities that lead to the growth
  • Analyse and monitor performance against ROI goals & continually make recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth
  • Develop and implement digital communication plans to support company’s product launches, promotions and campaigns
  • Create and design a variety of communications materials for external target audiences
  • Ensure communication programs are implemented in line with budgets and aligns with company objectives
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and preferably from e-commerce companies
  • Preferably with experience in a third party marketplace ecommerce operations
  • Hands-on personnel with good stakeholder management & Data Analysis skills
