Job Description
  • Collaborate with the marketing leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements for dashboards, analysis, and forecasting projects.
  • Perform analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns and provide actionable recommendations that will be used to support or devise new marketing strategies.
  • Measure post-campaign results and overall list performance with clear reporting using vlookup, pivot table and other excel functions
  • Constantly review data and suggest new analysis to improve performance.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Provide insightful recommendations based on industry trends and email best practices.
  • Prepare predictive analysis models to forecast future sales performance and goals.
  • Drives and analyses traffic, customer acquisition, and engagement of Singapore platform, ensuring that the company can meet KPI’s of traffic, engagement and transaction.
  • Has a strong grasp of marketing tools and strategies and is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Has experience in managing a marketing budget and how to drive marketing strategy from creative planning, execution, to post-campaign analysis, on time and on budget. Must lead campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Deeply understands how to drive traffic effectively to our digital platforms in terms of customer acquisition and how to effectively use different channels to drive engagement.
  • Design, build and maintain brand presence, both above the line (print, social media, TVC, etc) and below the line (in-store, promoters, etc)
  • Works closely with marketing teams, Site Ops/ Merchandising teams to drive campaigns.
  • Key KPI’s owned: traffic, sales, repeat purchase, engagement, ROI.
  • Able to handle Ad-Hoc job duties required
  • At least 2 years of experience in analyzing data from online marketing campaigns and providing insights to improve sales
  • Expert skills in Excel: formulas, filters, data analysis, graphs, VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Possess good command of English and able to confidently communicate and present complex information to different stakeholders
  • Fast-learner, team player and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to reply to customer’s inquiries professionally
  • Professional degree with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing.
  • SEO /SEM experience
  • Strong knowledge and deep experience of marketing landscape and fundamentals in the SG market. Ideally should come from a background of working in digital marketing and has strong experience in managing marketing budget, driving campaigns and ROI.
  • Have a strong passion and strong interest in the e-commerce field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well organized, hands-on and detail-oriented.
  • Knows how to read sales dashboards to make timely decisions to drive performance
  • Experience in commercial organisation / consumer-centric organisation is highly advantageous.
