Job Description
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of company’s website & e-shop
  • Analyze and monitor performance of the website and make recommendations for website improvements.
  • Drive Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns.
  • Design of marketing collaterals, digital banners, web graphics, etc.
  • Manage and reply to inquiries via web chat, email and WhatsApp.
  • Manage and increase company’s social media accounts/presence in LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube; assist with social media performance reports.
  • Designing and copywriting of digital and social media content.
  • Launch online adverts through Facebook and LinkedIn to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Track social media influencers, competitor’s social media sites, and perform competitor’s analysis reports.
  • Develop EDM and Newsletters, brochures, e-Catalogs and videos.
  • Update product data sheets and product labels.
  • Assist and provide support in company’s presentations / trainings, and regional external events (e.g. exhibitions).
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in Graphic Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience in WordPress and Rapido.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, Google Adwords and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), with knowledge in digital advertising platforms such as Facebook ads, LinkedIn Ads.
