Role and Responsibilities:
  • As part of the Regional Digital and Client Experience team, you will partner with business, design, and technology teamsto leadagile scrums to help build and deploy digital app communications & digital servicing experience enhancementsin markets across Asia & EMEA
  • You will create& lead the associateddigital product roadmap based on business priorities and customer needs, work with design to translate the roadmap into quality experiences, and work with technology teamsto implement within tight timelines
  • Manage the projects/initiatives and deliver positive outcomes in line with business deadlines & achieving best in class client digital experiences
  • Provide subject matter expertise and direction from insights gained from experience on digital product project delivery
  • Continuously monitor app design performance, experience & key metrics, s well asapp usage and adoption targets to look for opportunities to increase engagement through experience optimizations, digital engagement orchestrations and digital servicing initiatives.
  • Interface with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and ensure that implementations meet key control needs to protect business and customer interests
  • Make decisions based on customer feedback, usage patterns, and analytics to continuously evolve the digitalproduct
  • Work with data and analytics teams, as well as related data processing technology teams to streamline & monitoroffer processing & experience

  • Capable of working with and balancing the diverse needs of different businesses, regulations, and market landscapes
  • Strong in execution, with a demonstrated ability of delivering results under time pressure
  • Highly metrics-oriented, with a proven track record of commercializing digital platforms, and maximizing customer usage and business impact/revenue
  • Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills, evidenced by managing complex and multi-team projects across functions and lines of business
Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills:
  • 6-10 years of experience across Digital Product Management or e-Commerce
  • Demonstrated experience in, and passion for digital product/experience creation and optimization across different digital touch points
  • Prior experience in building new & innovative digital products experiences
  • Comfortable working with multi-functional partners and internal stakeholders, across lines of business, Design, Technology, Risk, and Data Management
  • Strong Product, Project and Time management skills
  • Prior experience of managing a scrum and working in an agile environment preferred and managing feature level backlogs with prioritisation experience
  • Experienced in working with marketing/product/sales teams to drive digital client engagement
