Job Responsibilities:
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
  • Deal with hardware and application support queries and issues reported. Escalate issues when required
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software
  • PC deployment, cloning and configuration
  • Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation
  • Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment. Perform remedial repairs and maintenance when needed

Requirements:
  • Minimum ITE with 1 year of experience in desktop support or related work
  • Proficient with Laptop, Desktop and Printer support, with basic LAN / Wifi Troubleshooting knowledge
  • Service oriented and friendly
  • Good communication skills to effectively assist users
  • Mac and ITunes experience for certain positions
  • Roaming required for some positions
