Job scope: The Depot Service Engineer is responsible for all aspects of equipment support performed in workshop or prior to delivery, and to ensure that it is completed in compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures. This may include pre-delivery inspection, commissioning, planned maintenance, troubleshooting, assessment and breakdown repair.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for in-house commissioning, maintenance, re-certification, upgrade, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.

  • Able to support some on-site commissioning and maintenance of equipment.

  • Capture performed service activities in service delivery system and ensure service documents are submitted on-time.

  • Escalate any customer complaints whenever necessary.

  • Monitor monthly assigned service job (maintenance) and ensure timely completion.

  • Work closely with clinical and sales team.

  • Able to provide service support after office hour, weekends and public holidays if whenever required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineer or related field.

  • At least 2 years experienced in medical device maintenance.

  • Open for Fresh graduate.

  • Good knowledge on troubleshooting methods/skills and capital equipment control

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Customer oriented

  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Some knowledge of service delivery system

  • Have a class 3 driving license (Company Car Provided)
