Job Qualifications:
  • Min. 3 year experience in a customer facing role
  • Loving it to talk to and help customers
  • Proven track record & experience in customer success or sales
  • Positive get-it-done attitude and proud to contribute to the success of a fast growing startup
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong interest in learning all about fintech and financial services

Job Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek solutions to the difficulties faced by customers, and help customers to use the Aspire platform to operate their business
  • Handle inbound queries from customers and provide technical and product support via multiple channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, phone)
  • Build knowledge on Aspire and financial products & services to be able to help clients with advanced questions
  • Work closely with our other teams, such as the onboarding, compliance, product, and marketing teams, to resolve issues and escalate opportunities for improvement
  • Engage customers proactively at key moments in their lifecycle with Aspire
  • Liaise with other departments as required to resolve customer issues and questions.
