Responsibilities:
  • Handles customer contacts from multiple channels, which could include phone, chat, email, and more
  • Handles incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business.
  • Responsible to handle customer inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
  • Building sustainable customer relationships.
  • Keep records of all the conversations in organized manner
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Contact/Call Centre environment
  • Possess Good Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to Multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
  • Ability to draft professional email respond back to customer
  • Familiar with excel ( lookup , pivot table) to generate reports
  • Comfortable with Staggered weekdays working hours ( 830am-530pm) , ( 10am -7pm ) , (1130am-830pm)& Sat ( 830am to 1pm )
