Responsibilities:
- Handles customer contacts from multiple channels, which could include phone, chat, email, and more
- Handles incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business.
- Responsible to handle customer inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
- Building sustainable customer relationships.
- Keep records of all the conversations in organized manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Contact/Call Centre environment
- Possess Good Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
- Ability to draft professional email respond back to customer
- Familiar with excel ( lookup , pivot table) to generate reports
- Comfortable with Staggered weekdays working hours ( 830am-530pm) , ( 10am -7pm ) , (1130am-830pm)& Sat ( 830am to 1pm )
