►Located in Central Singapore, Near MRT
►Working Hours - 5 Days: 10am – 7.30pm
Our client is one of the Leading Local FinTech & Financial Service Provider, and are looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as a Customer Service Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
  • Address any questions or issues that customers may have in regards to company products or services
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Follow up with customers for repayments
  • Maintain and update customers’ records on a timely basis
  • Provide exemplary customer service standard at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. GCE O’Level
  • Positive attitude and friendly
  • Proficient in English and able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office

• Salary : Basic UP TO S$3K + INCENTIVE!! (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
