Customer Service Officer (East) - $2200 (ID: 528584)

• Maintain tender contract in SAP system upon tender/quotation contract award
• Maintain Purchase Order in SAP System after verification against tender/quotation contract record within Service Level.
• Liaise with Clients and Customers on contract extension, novation, closure, tag-along requests and provide timely update to both parties.
• Handle other post-tender/quotation award enquiries from Customers & Clients and make close follow-up until the closure of the request.
• Reconcile data in Tender Tracking System with Customers when necessary and handle enquiries from customer
• Ensure timely filing of all tender/quotation documents or correspondence for easy retrieval.
• Perform accurate and prompt entry of fax orders, order hotline and other sources into the system.

Job Requirements
• Diploma holder
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in SAP system will have added advantageous
