• Working hours: NORMAL WORKING HOURS (4.5 days)
• TRAINING PROVIDED

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist members with processing enrolment, orders, and some cashier duties
• Data entry and filling
• Handling of email and phone call enquiries
• Assist customer with their fitting and product information (Training will be provided)
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to achieve business objectives
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to read and write in Traditional Chinese – as to liaise with relevant counterparts
