Responsibilities
  • Provide support to sales team.
  • Receive and respond to customers’ inquires received via telephone or email relating to documentation, operational issues or general information associated with the shipments.
  • Develop and maintain positive customers and partner vendors’ relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customers’ requests are addressed accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with overseas agents to check on the shipping charges, rules and regulations for the respective countries.
  • Arrange deliveries and follow up with vendors and customers to ensure final destination of shipments.
  • Perform declaration of permit.
  • Responsible for accurate data and system entry.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Accurately manage paperwork documentation for billing and closing of files after shipment completion.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least O Level
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese as there is a need to communicate & liaise with China & Taiwan counterparts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Multitasking
  • Ability to maintain a good rapport and working relationship with all co-workers, management, sales team, other branch employees, corporate staff and business partners.
