Credit Risk Manager(up to $6k/Town)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of classified and weak credits
• Provide support and work with stakeholders to drive the strategy, management and recovery of classified and weak credits
• Formulate loan recovery plans and work with insolvency practitioners (lawyers, accountants, etc.)
• Review, track and report on status of remedial action plans to Senior Management
• Prepare credit and restructuring proposals and conduct credit reviews of accounts
• Oversee collection function within the team
• Assist with credit review and other job functions within the team as and when required
• Other duties/tasks as assigned by the Head of Risk

• Degree/ Diploma in business, accounting, finance or relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years’ experience in solely managing NPL portfolios in a recovery unit with a Bank
• Overall at least 5 years of credit lending experience to SMEs (may be in sales or credit functions)
• Highly organised, self-driven and independent
• Problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge in KYC and credit experience in mortgage loans and factoring sales is a plus
