JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be involved in handling/maintaining a portfolio of clients, including establishment of various forms of entities, attending to corporate secretarial assignment as follows:
  • Advising clients on the business incorporation compliance and requirements;
  • Updating & maintaining statutory registers and records;
  • Preparing AGM documents, board resolutions and minutes;
  • Preparing and filing of annual return with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct due diligence checks before clients onboarding;
  • You will also assist in other ad-hoc duties and assignments
  • For Senior Associate position, to provide guidance and supervise junior employees.
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s Degree in general business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience of corporate secretarial experience
  • Familiar with Due Diligence check process
  • Familiar with Microsoft Words and Excel
  • Independent and ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
