This position forms the core of GYMMBOXX’s future leadership. The incumbent will be exposed to all aspects of GYMMBOXX’s operations from the ground-up and excel in various assigned roles such as overseeing gym(s) as a Club Manager/Gym Lead and taking up projects related to GYMMBOXX Operations and Business Development.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitating and working across business functions to achieve desired results
• Leading, managing and performing the full spectrum of duties in the gym(s) to ensure operational excellence
• Coaching and supervising staff
• Assisting in strategic business planning
• Managing and executing projects
• Improving the club’s marketing strategy and find ways to increase revenue
• Overseeing club’s revenue and ensure the sales target is achieved/exceeded
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• A Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Possesses strong leadership and customer services skills with the capability to lead by example
• Passionate, self-driven and resilient
• Ability to think logically and critically
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well in both individual and team settings
• Have sales knowledge background would be an advantage

Other Information

• 5 Days Work Week
• Rotating shift work (Morning, Afternoon & Night shifts)
• The incumbent must be able to work at any of the GYMMBOXX outlets across Singapore
