职位 Position: 幼儿中文教师 Chinese / Mandarin Language Preschool Teacher

月薪 Monthly salary: $2,500 － $3,000

工作职责

• 按照学校的政策和框架规划，安排与实行课程计划。
• 更新儿童通讯书，以便更新父母在学校进行的课程和活动。
• 更新每个孩子的进度报告和每个学期的投资组合。
• 建立一个激励和参与的学习空间，以促进儿童自我导向的学习。
• 负责课堂管理的各个方面，包括保持指定的教室整洁，干净整洁。
• 执行日常护理职责，确保所有儿童的卫生和安全。
• 与教师密切合作，确保工作环境凝聚力。
• 与家长保持经常联系（通过whatsapp或电子邮件），并用他们孩子在学校拍摄的照片进行更新。
• 对于高级教师：通过定期的反馈/评论会积极参与更多初级教师的指导，以及课程开发领域的培训。

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement the programme for assigned class in accordance to the school’s policies and framework.
• Update children’s communication books, as a means to update parents on lessons and activities that have been conducted in school.
• Update each child’s progress report and portfolios for each semester.
• Set-up a learning space that is stimulating and engaging in order to promote self-directed learning amongst children.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management, including keeping the assigned classroom neat, clean, and tidy.
• Carry out routine care duties to ensure the hygiene and safety of all children.
• Work closely with co-teachers to ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Maintains regular contacts with parents (via whatsapp or email) and update them with photographs taken of their children in school.
• For senior teachers: to be actively engaged in the mentoring of more junior teachers as well as in the areas of curriculum development via regular feedback / commentary sessions.

• 候选人必须至少拥有幼儿保育和教育文凭或幼儿教育学士学位或同等学历。
• 经ECDA认证的L1或L2类别。
• 这一职位至少需要2年相关领域的工作经验。
• 能够独立工作，团队合作，履行所有工作职责，并在规定的期限（如果有的话）内。

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Certified by ECDA at L1 or L2 category.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently and as a team to fulfill all job responsibilities, and within stipulated datelines (if any).
