Job Scope:

1. Performs routine maintenance, cleaning and calibration of equipment used in the production

2. Performs general housekeeping and organization of production working spaces, including bench tops,

personal drawers, glassware and chemical storage cabinets and exhaust hoods.

3. Assists in the maintenance of the chemical and consumable material inventory necessary to perform

routine in the production area.

4. Provides constructive input into the review, change and update of production documents such as SOPs,

produce products, batch manufacturing records.

5. Update raw materials and finished product inventory records in the system and stock card.

6. Receiving of raw materials and packaging materials, and records in log book.

7. Manufactured beauty products according to SOP

8. Assisting the Production Manager in all matters Received Purchase order and plan for production

9. Updates of daily documentation such as finished product stocks, packaging materials and raw materials

10. Do monthly report of raw material and finished product stock for account

11. Inspect and record the finished product in the packing area.

12. Receive job order and do production

13. Do BMR and record batch number record of the product

14 Update raw material stock card

15. Release Packaging Materials Requisition Form for Warehouse to release packaging materials for packing

16. Do documents for finished product inspection request form

17. Record temperature and cleaning for rooms/equipment at varies areas:

Production Room, Filling Area and Raw Material Room

18. Check artwork for printing bottles or labels

19. Create Master formula and product ingredients for new upcoming products

20. Do R&D for new product or improvement to the existing product.

21. Prepare samples for marketing

22 Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production

23. Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime

24. Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations

25. Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team

26. Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality

27. Any other ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Chemist

- Fresh Graduate are Welcome

- Neat, organized and meticulous

- Responsible with good interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
