Job Description

- To assist Centre Manager/Principal in all administrative matters and ensure smooth daily operation of the centre
- To maintain and update all office records
- To liaise with Centre Manager/Principal, Teachers, Parents and Regulatory bodies on enrolment and subsidy matters
- To attend to telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
- To assist in the ordering of office items, cooking ingredients and teaching resources.
- To deliver all other duties assigned by Centre Manager/Principal
- To foster good working relationship with children, parents and colleagues

Job Requirements

- Minimum GCE “N/O” Levels
- Junior Executive/Executive Position
- Has initiatives and able to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Able to speak and read fluent Mandarin is an advantage
- Prior experience in a customer-oriented and front-desk working environment preferred
- Applicable to Singaporean Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents
