Job Summary:

Beyond Technologies is seeking two highly motivated and experienced consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in property management and possess a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to navigate complex business challenges and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop comprehensive reports and recommendations for clients
• Provide expert advice on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and develop customized solutions to meet their needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations
• Actively participate in business development activities, including identifying new clients, preparing proposals, and participating in client meetings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with clients and colleagues
• Travel to client sites as needed to deliver consulting services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in building management related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building management industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with consulting or advisory services preferred
