JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a candidate who will oversee the planning and operations of the dental laboratories to deliver quality and efficient laboratory services.
  • Oversee the operation of the dental laboratory and monitor the lab cases that have been outsource.
  • Develop and implement strategies, develop SOPs to streamline work processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure sustainable productivity and quality improvement in laboratory operations
  • To communicate with technicians on case requirements.
  • To ensure the production of the fixed / removable prosthesis is of good quality and meets delivery schedule
  • Making sure that lab staff are trained for lab work/maintenance and running of the equipment.
  • To set up appointments with new clients and promote laboratory services
  • To manage and maintain good working relationship with existing client accounts
  • To be responsible for driving company’s KPIs and sales targets
  • Manage the P&L including cost management, inventory management, sales budget and business forecast.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum a degree qualification in any field
  • Experienced working in/with dental laboratory will be an advantage
  • Possess a customer-oriented mindset, able to lead, guide and train subordinate.
