Job Description:

  • Identify, understand and propose suitable products and solutions to meet customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the external business partner to address the needs of the customer.
  • Work with internal departments to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
  • Prospect and qualify new customers.
  • Build and monitor sales pipeline.
  • Track, collate and interpret sales numbers.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
  • Updating of sales activities and pipelines on CRM system.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of solutions sales experience in a hunter role.
  • Candidates with sales experience in handling B2B customers in the Retail, Manufacturing, T&L, Medical and Electronic industries are preferred.
  • Candidates with prior experience in automation solutions sales are highly advantageous.
  • Resourceful & strong problem-solving skills.
