Job content

• Abrades surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, using abrasive-blasting equipment: Shovels or pours abrasives, such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper.

• Application of in-house coating.

• Examine finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications.

• Prepare reports daily wise for various Blasting and Painting activities performed

• Coordinate and plan for client inspection

• Attend quires to meet customer satisfaction

• Planning, scheduling, monitoring of the production.

• Control of Consumables as per requirement

• Experience with spray paint and a forklift license will be an advantage
