Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of persuasive writing experience.
• Excellent English-writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to respond well to all feedback, including criticism, from clients.
• Strong language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Write clear, accurate and persuasive cover letters.
• Liaise with client via email and phone for editing of cover letters.
• Work closely with the Operations Executive team to ensure the timely submission of cover letters.
• Identify the needs of clients and conduct independent research of client profile, to communicate accurate information about client in cover letter.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.
