Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage control engineering activities to ensure production and quality objectives are met
• Responsible for effective management of automatic control devices to achieve common factory goals
• Responsible for developing automation engineering issues to ensure system reliability and high availability
• Responsibility for high quality operation for automatic control equipment system such as:
• - HMI/SCDA and PLCs (Siemens)
  - Network interfaces
  - PLC programming
  - Control system
• Project support to achieve time and cost goals such as engineering design, commissioning and control system evaluation
• Analyse problems and troubleshoot problems related to product quality and machine and equipment failures
• Develop troubleshooting manuals, standard operating procedures
• Implement visual control system on the machine

Job Requirements:

• 5 years or more of experience working directly with automation equipment, PLC programming, integrating control network systems
• Experience in planning, organizing and coordinating work effectively
• Experience in automatic control equipment, technical management, safety and environmental management, systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP), control standard equipment (Robot, Vision, PLC, Servo press)
• Leadership, troubleshooting and strategic direction for engineering and automation
• Skills to develop and implement best practices, standards and technical guidelines
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement projects
• Experience in java, C++, C# to integrate with company software system
• Task and time management skills
