Reporting to the Category Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, monitoring and managing the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants under Lazada platform, which includes LazGlobal channels, to achieve the business growth targets and align with Fashion cluster strategy
  • Formulating commercial portfolio strategy and drive the performance of key accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets and sellers’ metrics like sales tool adoption
  • Establishing and developing strong key account relationships with a focus on supporting the partners in developing and attaining their business goals with Lazada
  • Collaborating and coordinating with other internal functions on online merchandising, online events, marketing, supply chain, customer service, legal, pertaining to the account portfolio
  • Leading and driving in the negotiation and implementation with partners on online initiatives like store launches, sales campaign, brand events, to achieve account’s success
  • The management of portfolio pricing competitiveness, product assortment, stock availability, negotiation of promotion deals

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • At least 3 years of retail experience in Singapore – buying or account management in the Fashion retail or product category would be advantageous
  • Bachelor degree from a leading university
  • Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presentation skills
