  • To be accountable for the daily overall Food & Beverage Operations
  • To constantly review, in consultation with the management of the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained
  • Prepare monthly sales performance report of the outlets
  • Meet targets on sales, manpower cost, other operating cost and financial objectives set by management
  • To provide constant leadership, counselling, advice and feedback to their peers.

    • Requiements

    a) Operations Manager with min 3 years of F&B management experience

    b) Minimum diploma holder

    c) Willing to travel to different outlets

    d) Holds a valid driving license (preferably with own transport)

    e) Salary commensurate with experience

    f) Monthly transport allowance

    g) Cash card reimbursement
