Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment work for technology/business-technology roles which includes:

  • Sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, advertisements, job portals, LinkedIn etc
  • Prepare and post recruitment advertisements
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate discussions
  • Propose and make recommendations on salary packages
  • Manage staff requisition process to ensure appropriate information is presented to management for approval
  • Communicate offers, benefits and terms to selected candidates.

• Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and provide advice to various stakeholders on recruitment matters

• Manage pre-boarding to ensure good new hire experience prior to joining IMDA

• Conduct recruitment data analytics for updating of recruitment status and providing recruitment insights to line managers and HRBP

• Will be involved in recruitment related projects, such as campus recruitment strategy

Requirement

•Background in HR, Engineering or any related discipline

•Possess minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment – experience in recruitment for tech industry will be advantageous

•Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

•Good written and oral communication skills

•Good team player and able to engage stakeholders

Position will commensurate with experience.
