As the Assistant E-Commerce Manager, you will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to manage and run online campaigns. Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support daily E-Commerce operations through regular site reviews and backend logistics – web development, order fulfilment, customer service and delivery.
• Plan, implement and track online campaigns to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs.
• Assist the E-Commerce Manager in managing the team.
• Analyse the existing online campaign strategies, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements to meet sales targets.
• Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly E-Commerce reports – competitive analysis, upcoming online campaigns, key site metrics and sales targets.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments and duties.
Requirements
• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications or in a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in campaign management, Magento eCommerce Software and the retail industry will be advantageous.
