Assembly Line Supervisor

Job content

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of a group of technicians, ensuring an optimized and high quality output of our assembly lines.
• Assist the Engineers in training and ensuring that our Production Technicians have the correct competencies.
• Reporting and tracking of manufacturing output
• Efficiency and productivity improvement
• Work with the engineering teams to minimize reworks and retest.
• Ensuring the well-being of employees while maintaining attendance and discipline

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Min. 2 years’ experience in leading a team in a manufacturing environment
• Innovative, self-motivated and results oriented
• Able to work both independently and as a team player
