JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
• Prepare Material for submission
• Check & ensure of drawing according to design
• Site Coordinator with architect, client and sub-contractor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent that is recognize by Board of Architects or BCA.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in in public and private residential and industrial commercial buildings or the related field is required for this position.
• Prefer candidates with Architectural CONQUAS experiences, knowledge of Singapore buildings codes and regulations and familiar with local standard quality implementation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
