The Team Remit Is To
The Change Project Manager and Business Analyst will be joining the APAC IB Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management (COLM) Change team.
- Provide expertise to enable delivery of COLM strategic projects and Target Operating Model.
- Define the project governance and coordinate with internal sponsors, specialist, line managers/process owners and counterparts to implement target operating models, develop or streamline processes and execute on proposed changes agreed with business partners.
- Prepare and maintain all project related status reports, chair project meetings, engage other departments and groups, as necessary, and handle all issues and risks through to resolution.
- Apply project management methodologies including project plans, risk mitigation, issue tracking and communication plans.
- Perform process/data analysis and identify efficient business rules to establish commercial risk-based solutions and perform control gap remediation.
- Ensure the appropriate and fit-for-purpose solutions are being delivered.
- Participate in testing phases, facilitate end user testing and adoption of strategic solutions.
- Perform business readiness activities in ensuring accurate transition into BAU.
You will join the APAC COLM IB Change team that supports process change planning and delivery, including platform optimization and process automation in the pursuit of continuing improvement in quality service standards to our internal and external Investment Banking Clients, in line with regulatory compliance requirements, across the key stages of the end-to-end lifecycle of Investment Banking (IB) Clients, including Client Onboarding, Client Due Diligence/KYC and Client Suspension/Offboarding.

You Offer
You have 5+ years of experience and ideally 3+ years within Financial Services Industry in a Project Management/Business Analyst related role (or a similar in a consulting capacity).
- Strong knowledge of Front-to-back Investment Banking business processes and IT infrastructure (mainly in APAC and US/EU regulatory requirements for Client Onboarding, Client Due Diligence/KYC and Client Suspension/Offboarding).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability and can build harmonious, effective and positive relationship with cross-functional (Front Office, Compliance, Legal, Technology, etc.) and cross-geographical partners.
- Demonstrates analytical approach, outstanding attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Possess independent self-starter quality and ability to prioritize and adaptable to changing priorities, demands and timelines.
- Familiar with IT tools (Master Excel incl. macros, SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint...) and data-mining to facilitate data analysis/visualization and PM activities.
