This position interfaces with company’s employees from various department, providing administrative support to them. We are committed to providing an engaging and supportive work place environment where employees at all level are given their fair chance to strive and grow.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the day-to-day general administrative duties.

2. Answer in-coming phone calls and handle purchasing and maintaining of office supplies.

3. Responsible for all aspects of MUIS Halal certification, documentation and renewal requirements for production kitchen and outlets.

4. Assist in the renewal and maintaining proper documentation of ISO 22000 certification.

5. Coordinate daily B2B and B2C orders from our e-commerce platform and various third-party platforms with different departments.

6. Provide customer service support on our e-commerce platform.

7. Prepare weekly purchase orders for outlets.

8. Compile, consolidate and generate adhoc/monthly inventory, sales, purchase and management reports for accounts and management.
