  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Provide assistant to all colleague
  • General administrative duties as assigned
  • Create and upload quality listings on ecommerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and our own website
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule installation appointments
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms


  • 6 day work week, Monday to Saturday
  • Proven experience as administration manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Positive working attitude, meticulous and keen learner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, able work both independently and in a team
