ACMV Supervisor

Job content

Responsible for:

- Supervise and monitor the ACMV site installation works

- Supervise and monitor the labor

- Liaize and coordinate with main contractor, other trade contractors and subcontractor regarding schedule and sequence of work

- Resolve site conflict or technical issue regarding installation work

- Assist in preparing as-built drawing and RIN Form

- Attend site inspection and ensure all defect is rectified

- Attend site meeting

- Ensure the site progress, safety and the quality are met and comply with project requirement

- Handling material delivery and inventory in/out record

- Basic computer Software Skill (MS Office, Adobe, CAD, etc)

- Good communication skill

Requirement:

- Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering

- 20 years relevant experience on ACMV works

- Good command on written and oral English and Chinese
