We are looking to hire for the position of Account Servicing Manager to join our E Commerce team as one of the top companies in Asia.
Salary: $3500-$7500(Basic) + Various Allowance + Bonus
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm (OT is expected during campaign periods)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic accounts, and secure promotions, marketing investments and product assortment
  • Plan and execute campaigns according to category strategy
  • Recommend processes and performance measures to improve business performance
  • Support the successful execution and roll out of business performance improvement plans
  • Develop, monitor and manage the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants to achieve sales revenue target and sellers’ metrics
  • Establish and maintain strong key account relationships with a focus on supporting the partners in developing and attaining their business goals through the platform
  • Responsible for the management of the partners’ pricing competitiveness, product assortment, stock availability, retail buys of brands, negotiation of promotion deals
  • Onboard new target brands, sellers and retailers with the aim of a long-term strategic partnership and drive the growth of the company
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Account Management/ecommerce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table)
  • Excellent communications, presentation and negotiation skills
