Work Location: Pasir Ris Walk
Working hours: 3 days per week (Roster from Mon-Fri, might include Saturday)
Working hours: 8.5 hours per day

Job Duties:
Responsible for purchasing for nursing home including, consumable items
Responsible for managing of the store including stock levels, space utilization etc
Sourcing and timely buying (ie. Look out for promotions buys etc)
Manage stock levels and follow up to place orders with suppliers for stock replenishment
Purchasing documentation including Purchase Request, Purchase Order etc.
Coordinate on the issue of goods to the Homes (wards)
Other administrative duties of Operations Department where necessary

Requirements
Min ‘O’ Level
Experience in purchasing, store or administration
Knowledge of MuRho software is an added advantage
Keen to work in healthcare environment
